Shikhar Dhawan Granted Divorce, Delhi Court Acknowledges Mental Agony Inflicted by Wife
In a recent ruling, the Family Court at the Patiala House complex in Delhi granted cricketer Shikhar Dhawan a divorce, highlighting the mental anguish he endured due to the actions of his estranged wife, Aesha Mukerji.
The court accepted the allegations made by Dhawan in his divorce petition, emphasizing that his wife’s actions had caused him significant emotional pain, particularly by separating him from his only son for an extended period.
Judge Harish Kumar affirmed these claims, noting that Dhawan’s wife either did not contest the allegations or failed to mount a defense.
